The present invention pertains to cartons for receiving and dispensing soft drink. In particular, the present invention pertains to such a carton having a rotating dispensing mechanism therein.
Soft drink is most typically sold in a bottle having a screw threaded cap. The bottle is usually placed in a cardboard carton which is generally rectangular in shape. A variety of cartons of different shapes and sizes are available.
The cartons have a dispensing trough therein which is operable to both receive the soft drink from the bottle and allow the soft drink to be dispensed to a drinking container such as a cup.
Soft drink dispensing cartons generally include a rotating system within the trough to rotate the screw cap to vent the soft drink from the bottle. This venting is necessary to insure that the bottle is properly sealed while in storage. It is also desirable to keep the bottle free of syrup and dry while in storage.
This rotating system is usually adapted to receive a shaft extending from the bottle and rotate the shaft when a user manually rotates the shaft. The shaft is rotated by an action on the end of the shaft corresponding to the height of the cart

I am guessing that you need to run this in conjunction with something else, so I’ll now comment on the answer that Erno gave.
From the if command, both is and == are the conditional operator. Since the conditional operator returns a value, it will only be evaluated if it is used in a condition statement. For that reason, neither if nor == are the same as the single quotes in your example.
For consistency, when writing batch code, use if and ==. In particular, they prevent you from accidentally using the wrong operator. Thus, if you typed if a==b you would get a syntax error because a is not the name of a variable, but is a command and a variable with the same name.
On the other hand, when you write the double quoted string, a is a string and a==b is a string comparison. That is why == works correctly when you run the batch file in a directory where MyApp is a string, but not when it is run where MyApp is a variable. The double quotes force a to be a string as well.
