once again, ben tennyson is in the middle of yet another exciting adventure. once again, he’s got his ultimatrix, a new alien gadget and some new friends to help him out. if you’ve never played ben 10 ultimate alien: cosmic destruction before, you’re in for a blast. if you’ve played the game before, you’re in for an even more action-packed adventure. ben has a new alien form to use in this game and new powers to use it with. this game is going to take you on a wild adventure that takes you from paris to tokyo and beyond. you’ll be on the run from all the villains of the show as you battle dangerous bosses and solve mind-tangling puzzles. as you switch between forms and powers, you’ll blast, beam and jackhammer enemies out of your path in a superheroic quest for survival.
the ultimatrix is a ben-sized alien device which transforms you into the ultimate versions of your favorite aliens from the hit show, including armodrillo, waterhazard, ampfibian, terraspin and nrg. the ultimatrix has been equipped with a galaxy mode which allow you to transform into all-new alien forms and use power-ups to perform special attacks. each alien form has a different power, and you’ll find yourself switching between different forms and powers as you fight through the alien-packed levels. the ultimatrix also has a craft mode that allows you to create and collect special items, including mini-power-ups and boosters. once you collect enough power, you can transform into the ultimate form for the ultimate battle. all of these new features are in ben 10 ultimate alien: cosmic destruction.
the combat is a tad simplistic for a ben 10 game, but i do like that you can change your alien’s form at any time, and that you’re able to use your allies to help you complete a mission. if you’re a fan of the show and think this sounds like a great game then you should check it out.
ben 10: ultimate alien: cosmic destruction is a hit-and-miss type of game. it’s very playable and if you’re into the ben 10 franchise and are looking for a fun experience then you could do worse than downloading this. there are a lot of cutscenes and voice acting to keep you enthralled. the enemies are quite challenging and you’ll need to use your alien’s abilities and form to complete the mission. overall it’s a decent game and i think a lot of fans of the show will enjoy it.
with most games, you are given a brief introduction and then left to your own devices. unfortunately, the same can’t be said for ultimate alien. the game does a great job of explaining the events that lead up to the game, but does not actually tell you how to play the game. this can be very confusing for the player, especially if you have never played a ben 10 game before. so, what can you do?
to start things off, your alien will be in his ultimate alien form. this is the most powerful form ben has access to. all of his alien abilities are present in this form and you can use them as you see fit. this is what you will use most of the time. there is also the omnitrix. this is a belt that allows you to transform into any of the aliens available to ben. you can use the aliens in this form as well, but ben does not have access to all of their abilities. this is probably the most important form in the game.
