XCarLink MP3 Manager is a small application that allows users to transfer their music to their XCarLink device. This application provides a simple and familiar way to manage playlists, play individual songs, or drag songs to device to a list of albums. You can drag and drop any kind of music you want to play from your desktop to the CD Driver. The application will let you know when the song is copied and its progress. You can also see the playlists and media stored on your device.

When you navigate to the song you want to play in your playlist/songs list, you will see the file’s location as well as the title of the song. The program comes with two sets of CD drivers. The Default option is what you see on the screen in this article. This is the option you should activate when you run the program.
This driver helps you copy music to your XCarLink USB / SD card. Currently the driver supports MP3, Windows Media Audio, WAV, WMA, AAC and OGG formats. When you activate the driver, it will start copying your music to the driver. The driver cannot copy CDs; however, it can copy CDs if you eject the CDs manually. With this driver, you will be able to transfer your CD music files to your XCarLink USB/SD card.
You may also activate the Master Drives CD driver that is located in the “Additional Drivers” tab. This driver will allow you to copy your CDs to your XCarLink USB/SD card. If you have multiple drives installed, you may want to activate the Master drive and the Default drivers. With this driver, you will be able to copy music to your XCarLink USB/SD card.

After activating the CD driver, you will be able to see the picture of your CD. The left-hand side contains the drive device name and the empty CD that is mounted in the drive. The right-hand side contains the playlists in the CD. You can control the playlist in the CD by pressing the up and down arrow keys and then pressing the spacebar.
